All our site operatives have CSCS qualifications appropriate to their grade. In 2010 whilst working at our Oxford site we also achieved ‘Considerate Constructors Scheme Performance Beyond Compliance’ certification.

We are currently  <span style=”color: #3366ff;”>OHSAS 18001</span>, <a href=”https://www.constructionline.co.uk”>Constructionline</a>   and <a title=”CHAS” href=”http://www.chas.gov.uk/”>CHAS</a> accredited. <a href=”http://www.sheqconsultants.co.za”>SHEQ Consultancy Ltd</a> act as our external health &amp; safety advisors, ensuring we have up-to-date advice on all health &amp; safety matters.

As part of our internal audit system we monitor and report back every site once a month and our Director of Health &amp; Safety carries out spot checks regularly. This process ensures our site managers are vigilant in their health and safety monitoring and helps ensure compliance at all times. Periodic inspection reports are passed back to the H&amp;S Director for processing and action. Our H&amp;S Management Team meet monthly to discuss performance monitoring and feedback, addressing best practice compliance and driving improvement. Feedback from these meetings is reported down from H&amp;S Managers to Site Mangers and Site Operatives during regular meetings, through HSE Bulletin Board updates and Toolbox talks and is always included in site inductions.

David as well as holding the <span style=”color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;”>IOSH</span> Directing Safety qualification has vast experience in designing and implementing health &amp; safety procedures. Two other Senior Managers also hold the <span style=”color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;”>IOSH</span> Managing Safety qualification.
