Eura believes that effective project management can play a crucial role in delivering a successful outcome to complex conservation projects.

Project Management is accorded directorial status in our organisation in the form of a professional project manager. This gives us in-house experience in most facets of a complex project, including commissioning & managing: architects, engineers, scientific research bodies, construction contractors, other conservators, differing funding bodies (including the Heritage Lottery Fund) and differing clients (including Government Departments, English Heritage, Trusts and private individuals). We believe this makes us unique in our field.
